DISRUPTION OR CANCELLATION Experience Central are subject to weather conditions. Rain will cause delays and may result in the cancellation of the event. Please contact the
Weather Check Phone (0412 018 035) for track and weather updates prior to leaving home. The message is updated at 7 am on the day of the event. If you are not able to participate on the day due to inclement weather;
• If you have arrived at the venue, please be patient with our event staff while they assist to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date.
• If you have ‘not’ arrived at the venue, or our event staff is unable to manage an immediate reschedule, our administration staff will make contact with you as soon as practicable, to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date, so please monitor calls and email, as our staff attempt to make contact.

Session Length
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Allow approx. 3 hours max to complete your full experience at the track. If you happen to be running late, please continue to the track and we’ll endeavour to fit you in (only for 8 am – 2 pm sessions).
