DISRUPTION OR CANCELLATION Experience Central are subject to weather conditions. Rain will cause delays and may result in the cancellation of the event. Please contact the Weather Check Phone (0412 018 035) for track and weather updates prior to leaving home. The message is updated at 7 am on the day of the event. If you are not able to participate on the day due to inclement weather;
• If you have arrived at the venue, please be patient with our event staff while they assist to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date.
• If you have ‘not’ arrived at the venue, or our event staff is unable to manage an immediate reschedule, our administration staff will make contact with you as soon as
practicable, to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date, so please monitor calls and email, as our staff attempt to make contact.

If a total or partial rainout does occur, your booking will automatically be turned into a gift voucher and will be emailed to you.
Session Length
Please arrive at the confirmed arrival time on your confirmation. Allow approx 1.5 to 2 hours at the race track.
Indemnity Form
An Indemnity form will need to be completed by the participant in the experience. The indemnity form can be downloaded here
