Fastrack V8 Race Valvoline Competition:

THE COMPETITION

1. This is a lottery draw competition (The Competition) where one winner will be randomly selected to win the “Valvoline/Fastrack V8 Race” (“The Prize”)
2. The promotional period is from Wednesday the 25^th of August 2021 till 11:59pm on Sunday the 5^nd of September 2021 (AEST).

THE PRIZE 

3. The Prize is supplied by Valvoline/Fastrack V8 Race. The prize is a Top Dad pack valued at indicatively $500 & a Fastrack V8 Race Championship voucher valued at $750. (Experience locations include capital cities of all Australian)

1. “The Promoter” is The Trustee for Experience Central Unit Trust ABN 31 485 970 551 and Trading as Fastrack V8 Race Pty Ltd of Suite 111, level 1, 566 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, St Kilda, VIC, 3004. Fastrack Pty Ltd conducts this competition under the Trade Promotion Lottery terms and conditions of all States of Australia.
2. Fastrack Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs associated with receiving the prize. Nor is responsible for any costs associated with travelling to and from experience locations.

TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

1. To qualify for entry to the prize draw, entrants must purchase any product/s at https://fastrackexperiences.com.au/  between and inclusive of the promotional period.
2. The prize draw will take place on Monday 6^th of September 2021.
3. The prize winner will be notified via the email/phone number provided in the order details.

9. The winner will be contacted from 11am on the 6^rd of September 2021 and must respond within 48hours to accept their prize and confirm the details to arrange the prize

1. If there is no response to confirm acceptance of the prize within 48hours, another prize-winner will be randomly selected until the prize is allocated to a prize-winner
2. By accepting The Prize, the Winner agrees to being identified on the Fastrack V8 Race and Valvoline website and associated social media channels
3. The Winner agrees to being included in photos and promotional content in association with this competition

GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS

1. Any decision made by Fastrack V8 Race in respect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
2. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms
3. The prize is provided by Fastrack V8 Race and is liable to handling and dispatch times
4. The competition is open to all Australian residents except past and present employees, contractors, and/or agents of Fastrack V8 Race.
5. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved
6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the competition
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the competition
