Go to fastrackexperiences.com.au
and choose an experience of the same or higher price than your Gift Card value.
After choosing and clicking on your experience, select a date and time and click the BOOK NOW button.
On the cart page, when you scroll to the bottom, type your Gift Card promo code in the red box to deduct the card value and then check out and pay balance.
To redeem your gift card, select your desired experience, choose your date, and enter your unique gift card code at checkout. The value will be applied to your booking.
You can enter your code on the checkout page in the “Gift Card or Promo Code” field before completing your payment.
Yes – your gift card can be used toward any available experience on fastrackexperiences.com.au unless otherwise specified on the card.
If your selected experience exceeds your gift card value, you can simply pay the remaining amount at checkout using a credit or debit card.
Only one gift card can be applied per booking. If you have multiple cards, please contact our support team to assist with your booking.
Yes – gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is noted on the gift card.
If you cancel in line with our cancellation policy, your gift card value will be reissued as a credit. Reschedules are subject to availability and require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
If you’ve misplaced your gift card code, contact our team with your purchase details and we’ll do our best to retrieve it for you.
Yes, gift cards are transferable. Just make sure the recipient has the code when booking.
