WEATHER OR OTHER FACTORS CAUSING

DISRUPTION OR CANCELLATION Experience Central are subject to weather conditions. Rain will cause delays and may result in the cancellation of the event. Please contact the
Weather Check Phone (0412 018 035) for track and weather updates prior to leaving home. The message is updated at 7 am on the day of the event. If you are not able to participate on the day due to inclement weather;

• If you have arrived at the venue, please be patient with our event staff while they assist to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date.
• If you have ‘not’ arrived at the venue, or our event staff is unable to manage an immediate reschedule, our administration staff will make contact with you as soon as practicable, to reschedule you into the next available or convenient event date, so please monitor calls and email, as our staff attempt to make contact.

Session Length

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Allow approximately 3 hours.

Indemnity Form

An Indemnity form will need to be completed by the participant in the experience. The indemnity form can be downloaded here

Dress Code

Weight and height restrictions apply (please see FAQ for more information). Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes – we recommend runners.

Spectator Information

Friends and family are welcome to come along and share your experience at no additional fee. There is plenty of good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue. Catering facilities may be available on the day (please see FAQ for more information).

Rebooking

If you need to change your booking within 14 days or less before your event day, the following fees will apply:

• Bookings changed between 8-14 days of the experience date will incur a $30 re-booking fee
• Bookings changed within 7 days of the experience date will incur a $50 re-booking fee
