On arrival you will sign on and be kitted up into your race attire, have your photo taken in our professional photo garage and when ready, have your helmet fitted and be strapped in for an adrenaline filled 6 lap drive and heart racing 2 hot laps that will have you feeling the rush of motorsport.

Mallala Motorsport Park was built in a hurry—but that’s a fitting start for a circuit that’s known as “the real driver’s track” due to it’s speed straights and highly demanding bends and curves.

Considered the home of South Australian motor racing, Mallala Motorsport Park has a rich history, starting life as an Australian Air Force base before hosting some of the most iconic events on the motorsport calendar. As well as being one of Australia’s premier professional race tracks, Mallala Motorsport Park is built to be enjoyed by the whole motor racing community.

Fans of high performance car racing can come down to Mallala to race, drift, practice and for the lucky few, experience the thrill and power of Adelaide’s favourite race track, with a Mallala V8 driving or hot lap experience.

On the day

Weather Information

Your Fastrack V8 Race experience is weather dependent.

If it’s raining before you leave home, please call our weather check number on 0412 018 035 for a recording with the latest track and weather conditions.

If a total or partial rainout does occur, your booking will automatically be turned into a gift voucher and will be emailed to you.

Session Length

Please arrive at the confirmed arrival time on your confirmation. Allow approx 3 hours at the race track.

Indemnity Form

An Indemnity form will need to be completed by the participant in the experience. The indemnity form can be downloaded here

Important to know

Dress Code

Weight and height restrictions apply (please see FAQ for more information). Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes – we recommend runners.

Spectator Information

Friends and family are welcome to come along and share your experience at no additional fee. There is plenty of good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue. Catering facilities may be available on the day (please see FAQ for more information).

Rebooking

If you need to change your booking within 14 days or less before your event day, the following fees will apply:

  • Bookings changed between 8-14 days of the experience date will incur a $30 re-booking fee
  • Bookings changed within 7 days of the experience date will incur a $50 re-booking fee
