Competitions Terms & Conditions

THE COMPETITION

1. This is a lottery draw competition (The Competition) where winners will be randomly selected to win one  “Fastrack Experiences” prize (“The Prize”)
2. The promotional period is from the 15th June 2026 till 5pm AEST on the 28th of June 2026.

THE PRIZES 

3. The Prizes are supplied by Fastrack Experiences, with the winner able to choose an experience up to the value of AUD $400. (Experience locations include capital cities of all Australia) and each prize is a stand alone prize, drawn on separate dates being;

1. “The Promoter” is The Trustee for Experience Central Unit Trust ABN 31 485 970 551 and Trading as Fastrack Experiences of Suite 111, level 1, 566 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, St Kilda, VIC, 3004. Fastrack Experiences conducts this competition under the Trade Promotion Lottery terms and conditions of all States of Australia.
2. Fastrack Experiences Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs associated with receiving the prize. Nor is responsible for any costs associated with travelling to and from experience locations.

TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

1. To qualify for entry to the prize draw, entrants must enter their own, or Business, or both contact details to win. Plus make any purchase from Fastrack Experiences, or if redemption based, redeem within the stated period to automatically receive an entry into the draw!
2. The prize winner will be notified via the email/phone number provided in the order details.
3. The winner will be contacted from 11am on the 30th of June  2026 and must respond within 48hours to accept their prize and confirm the details to arrange the prize
4. If there is no response to confirm acceptance of the prize within 48hours, another prize-winner will be randomly selected until the prize is allocated to a prize-winner
5. By accepting The Prize, the Winner agrees to being identified on the Fastrack Experiences website and associated social media channels
6. The Winner agrees to being included in photos and promotional content in association with this competition

 GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS

1. Any decision made by Fastrack Experiences in respect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
2. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms
3. The prize is provided by Fastrack Experiences and is liable to handling and dispatch times
4. The competition is open to all Australian residents except past and present employees, contractors, and/or agents of Fastrack Experiences.
5. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved
6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the competition
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the competition
